Can I meet my sitter beforehand?
Our process is meant to alleviate any stress and apprehension of having a new sitter in your home and with your children.
In the notes of your booking, let us know if you'd like to meet your sitter before the booking date, pending schedules, we can arrange a quick meet and greet.
If a sitter is new to your family, we suggest booking 30 minutes early, this will allow time to engage with your sitter and children.
Please call us if you are using the service for the first time and have any questions - we are here to support you.

How do I pay?
Great question! You won’t pay anything until your booking is confirmed. Once we’ve matched you with a sitter, we’ll send over an invoice before your scheduled date.
You will pay your Sitter privately, via cash, Venmo, ApplePay, etc.
Why should we use a babysitting service?
We understand—you wouldn’t trust just anyone in your home, and we wouldn’t want that for you either. That’s why we’ve carefully selected the most qualified, dependable, and thoroughly verified Sitters in every Lubbock neighborhood, so you can feel confident knowing exactly who is in your home and caring for your children.
Can I request the same Sitter?
Yes! In the notes, please leave your preferred Sitter(s) names and we will offer it to them first!
Can I book the same sitter outside of WeeSitt?
Reservations must be booked exclusively through WeeSitt. WeeSitters are under strict contract to not work for any client outside of WeeSitt reservations.
Please contact us if you’re interested in private hire—we offer rates specifically for families who want to book a sitter for long-term use.
Can I book a very part-time or recurring Sitter?
Yes! You can book a Sitter through WeeSitt for weekly part-time care. While we can't guarantee the Sitter every week, you'll have an option of 1-3 candidates to use on rotation.
What if we don't like our Sitter?
WeeSitt wants you to have the best possible experience, this is why we only hire the best!
If for some reason it is not a match between your family, and one of our sitters, we will find a replacement sitter immediately; just let us know.
What's the screening process for Sitters?
WeeSitt requires sitters to pass our 10-Point Screening Process. The safety of your children is the most important value we uphold, which is why we take these extra steps to ensure our sitters have passed our hiring process.
